I decided last year that I would go to church this year. But since I don't have any specific religious affiliation, I decided to go to a different church each week. Since this is the South, this may take a while. Unfortunately, I forgot about this plan until New Year's Eve. And I want to have a plan, and guidelines. So I'm going to start next weekend and use this week to make a list of churches and figure out how I'm going to go about this.

Once, when I lived with my parents, I counted the number of churches I passed while driving from my parents' house to work. I counted 13. THIRTEEN! In 7-mile span.
I then got to work and whipped out the phonebook. There were over 50 churches in our town. One town. One medium-sized town.
So yes, considering that this is the South, it is going to take you a LONG time. And from now on, I am going to call you a Church wh**e.
