I'm posting!

Every few days someone will come over to the desk at work and ask if they can check out the books on our displays. I always answer with an enthusiastic "yes!" But now I'm a little sad to think that there are people who see those books, think they can't check them out, and don't ask. Because what if there's a book on display that is EXACTLY the book Joe Schmo needs right now, but he doesn't check it out because he doesn't think he can?
