Happy Banned Books Week!

Happy Banned Books Week!! It's the best time of the year! (Except my birthday, which should really be a national holiday.) What's my favorite thing about BBW? The number of library patrons who are SHOCKED that books get banned or challenged. They can't even comprehend wanting to make it so other people can't read a certain book.

You can also poke around the ALA website for more information on banned books. My favorites? To Kill a Mockingbird, A Wrinkle in Time, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, and Harriet the Spy.
