attack of the killer pine trees

One of my coworkers had a gem of a phone call.  Thankfully, she wrote it up for me.

A lady called asking about the "yellow substance" that is coming from the pine trees.  She was very concerned that the pine trees might invade the buildings in town and wanted to make sure she was safe.  She then went into detail about being a senior citizen who has her door locked and she can't move fast so she wanted to call the library and make sure the yellow substance was normal.

Ummmm.....
